MODERN DAY CONQUERS

We hope that you are having an enjoyable Christmas season. May we all slow down enough to enjoy it. It has been amazing to see the shift towards freedom that has been taking place in this country. There is much to do yet, but a shift is taking place and it is towards freedom. With this momentum we must not get complacent. 

The issues with the lands in the west should be highest on the list. History proves that whoever controls the land and the resources control the people. Everything we eat, wear, live in and so on comes from the land, even this computer I am typing on came from the land. All economics, both local and abroad, depend directly on the land and the resources. True prosperity and self reliance is accomplished by harvesting the resources while caring for the land. 

Our foes understand power and have taken great measures to control the land and resources. These facts were also very clear to our founders, they took great effort to ensure that the land and resources would remain in the people hands, were it is most safe. 

Control the land and the resources and you possess the power to manipulate the people and/or oppress them. This is a historical fact. The head thinkers in these federal agencies clearly understand these facts and have become modern day conquers. 

We have posted some maps to give you a visual of how much they have taken.

1- Controlled by percentage. Western lands 51%, Eastern lands 1.4% 

2, 3 - What each federal agency is claiming as their own.

4- Wild fires by satellite - caused by not allowing the forest to be logged and thinned.

5- Land that has human restricted access by federal agencies.

6- Minerals that are being locked away from the people and reserved for the federal agencies to gain.

There is much to be done. All of the land and resources in the maps above are all being held from the people intentionally and illegally. (A1, S8, C17 USC)

The Bundy family and many others are working hard to make these issues right. We believe that correcting these matters will bring tremendous freedom to the people. We know that if the people will stay aware and active it can be accomplished

This painting of my dad is AMAZING! I am flooded with emotion every time I look at it. The feelings of pain, fear, anger, gratitude and the comfort I felt from my Heavenly Father all comes flooding down my face in big alligator size tears. I will never forget these feelings!

ABOUT THE PAINTING

America needs to have a conversation.

Not about who deserves something and who doesn’t.

It’s not about whether Cliven Bundy deserves to graze his cattle on the land of his fathers, 

But whether he has the right to stand up for himself.

America needs to have a conversation.

Not about wether Officer Darren Wilson has the right to defend himself, 

But whether one American has more rights than another.

America need to have a conversation my brothers.

Not about whether I am my “brother’s keeper,” but whether God will honor us for being brothers.

America needs to have a conversation. 

Not about whether our government has all the answers,

But whether we’ll have a conversation with the One who does have all the answers,

And to choose love instead of hate.

It’s time to have a conversation.

In April of 2014 I went down to Nevada to visit with the Bundy family with the idea of doing a painting. I was apprehensive, not knowing what to paint that would reflect the conflict in a proper way. As I arrived I was expecting to see a large ranch like the Ponderosa, but was met by humble people in a simple home who prayed together and spoke of their love for America. 

I was told the firsthand story of their struggle with the BLM to maintain their ranch that had been in the family for generations. As I was preparing to leave, Cliven asked to speak with me privately. He wanted to share some ideas for future paintings. He hoped I would paint a picture that would tell the story of the people who had worked hard to settle Clark County. Then he wanted to know if I could paint something to show the plight of the minorities in America. He was concerned about black Americans who are living on the dole of the US government and need to be freed from oppression. He spoke of the hard living conditions for them and also the Latino people who struggle in America. He had tears in his eyes as he rehearsed almost the same things he would notoriously speak the following day and bring the media’s ire crushing down upon him. Some have said, “Cliven should have kept his mouth shut. Those old school cowboys are just racist.” I think Cliven is the farthest thing from being a racist. He is a man of the West who loves his country and loves other people. There are many who don’t like him because he is different. He doesn’t just do what he’s told and say what he’s supposed to say.

I thought about what I should paint and felt that this painting is bigger than one man. It’s about what is important to America. What have we become? Why must people hate each other for a word? Why can’t people fight for their freedoms to the extent they fight against racial hatred? Why can’t we hug each other instead of hurt each other? 

When you see this painting, the way you view it is a reflection of the world you choose to live in. If you see racism, hate, oppression, and religious diatribe, you surely won’t like this painting. If you see the love of country, family and a prayer to the God who loves all men and women regardless of race or color, you understand what I meant when I painted, PRAY FOR AMERICA.

BLM Meeting - We are not beggars on the land

Our Dear Friends,

Tonight, the BLM is holding a public meeting on the proposed Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC). There have been many concerns of how this will affect the Ranch and, most importantly, all of Southern Nevada. 

Federal Register / Vol. 79, No.197 Notice - Outlines plans to make the Bundy ranch--and most of the rest of Southern Nevada--Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACECs). 90 days from October 10th, 2014, these proposals will become federal law without consent from the Nevada State legislature or the people of Southern Nevada.

Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACECs) are human-restricted management areas. ACECs have been a tool used by the federal government to gain further control of large masses of western lands and the resources.

As proposed, nearly 3 million acres in Southern Nevada will be locked away from the people. This includes most uses on the land (recreational, agricultural or otherwise).

Listed below are just a few of the outlined restriction that come with ACECs:

 · Closed Roads

 · Excluded Trails

 · Closed to Camping

 · Closed to Recreational Vehicles

 · Closed to Motorized Travel

 · Closed to Livestock Grazing

 · Restricted Human Hiking

 · Restricted Horseback Riding

 · Exclude Group Recreations

 · Closed to Mineral Development

 · Closed to Water Access

 · Closed to Hunting / Target Shooting

 The Southern Nevada people soon will have less access to their lands than any other people in the history of this country. 

This meeting is only a front to make it look like the people have a say in this. In the end they will do what they want, when they want, and how they want, unless the people step in and do not allow them to. They are treating this land as if we are not a State--as if it were Article IV land (U.S. Territory).   

We encourage everyone to attend the meeting, but go with the understanding that we are not asking the BLM for something that is already ours. 

These lands belong to the people of the counties and the State. The U.S. Constitution does not allow the federal government to own or control these lands (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17). It also does not allow local agencies to make federal laws without legislation (Article 1, Section 1). The government must follow the rules like everyone else. 

When you go to this meeting, go in the spirit of informing the BLM that you demand the Constitution be followed.

Inform them that they are acting outside the authority that has been given them by the people. Let them know that they can file whatever regulation they would like into the federal registry, but if it is not authorized by the people and does not follow the Constitution it will be ignored.

BREAKING: Feds Prep Next Attack on Bundy Ranch

"UPDATE" Bundy Family TARGETED as DOMESTIC TERRORISTS

**FURTHER INFO (November 1, 2014)** 

Just to see if they really had me marked on the federal database, I went to Cabela's and had a back ground check completed on me. The background check came back as "Delayed". This means that the federal government does in fact have me marked at some level. Under this status I cannot buy a gun amongst other things (hard to swallow). Cabela's agreed to get the details and call me back on Wednesday/Thursday at the earliest (Thank you Joel). I guess it takes three working days to get the info back from the FBI. 

If they can do this to me, they can do this to anyone.

**FURTHER INFO (November 2, 2014)  A SMALL VICTORY - FEDS REVERT QUICKLY - THANK YOU**

On Saturday I was feeling a bit down about the events that had taken place that day. My daughter and I were not able to make it to a very special event for a loved one, all due to being marked and interrogated by the TSA. And my right to buy a gun (among other things) was infringed upon because of this federal targeting. 

After returning home from Cabela's and checking on Facebook and the blog, I could not believe what was happening. Within a short amount of time nearly 400,000 people viewed the post on the Saturdays events, 940 had commented (99.9% in support for my family), and over 6100 shares (who knows how many viewed it from there). The Feds must have got the message also. 

On"Sunday" (within 24 hours) Cabela's called me and said that they were contacted by the FBI and that I was free to buy a gun. According to the FBI fact sheet, back ground checks with a Delay status are assigned to a agent and are not processed on weekends or holidays. 

We do not know if the "Domestic Terrorist" status is active, but we certainly got a quick response on the background check. Once again my family and I are indebted to the American people because of their willingness to quickly respond. I am so grateful to be surrounded by millions of honest, good people, who care and have the courage to stand when needed.

I know that if we continue to unite and strive to be good to each other, we will change the destructive patterns of culture that we find ourselves in. We can correct the many issues that infringe upon our liberties and threaten the freedom of our children.

Bundy Family at Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) Treated as DOMESTIC TERRORIST‏

November 1, 2014

This morning my twelve year old daughter and I tried to fly to Salt Lake City from Phoenix for a special event of a loved one. We had to be there by 1:00 pm in order to be a part of the occasion. Everything was going as planned until we came to the Gate B check station and the first TSA agent looked at our boarding passes. He seem a bit alarmed and asked me if my name was Ammon, I told him yes, he then circled my name and sent me down the line. I could tell there was suspicion but thought it may be because my daughter was a minor, or because my name is unusual and sometimes taken as Arabic.

When we reached the actual check station the Second TSA agent saw my boarding pass and immediately called for a Commanding Officer on the radio. Over the coarse of several minutes he called multiple times for assistance, meanwhile the line behind me was stopped and backing up. When the Commanding Officer finally came the two agents conversed privately as they looked at my barding pass and drivers license. The Commanding Officer then directed me to an area and confiscated all of our possessions along with the normal clothing checked such as my boots, belt jacket and so on.

By this time, we were feeling a bit scrutinized and those around us were staring and talking among themselves of the matter. They then escorted us to a back area were they rummaged through our items, testing it with devices and inspecting each article. The agent then began to check me physically and boy was that uncomfortable, no cavity check was completed but everything else was.

I asked the agent why we were being treated so differently and why we were selected out. He told me it was because my boarding pass was tagged with the bold letters "SSSS". He also told me that this will happen every time you fly because you are marked. Beyond that he did not disclose of anything else. My daughter then asked him if she could put her shoes back on. The agent said that she could, but that I was not to touch my possessions. He then called for his Commanding Officer.

After a few minutes, the Level Three Officer (LTO) showed up and asked me several question and wrote the answers down on a yellow sticky note. This Commanding Officer then went to a computer and began typing and reading. The whole thing was very interesting to me. I thought to myself, "WOW, Harry Reid really tagged me in the federal database as a Domestic Terrorist". I have never been charged or prosecuted with anything in my life, and yet Senator Reid, without due process, has declared me, for life, as a Domestic Terrorist. He unilaterally named me, Ammon Bundy, a terrorist against the people of this country, the people I love and would so willingly to give my life for.

After the Commanding Officer typed a few things in the computer, my boarding pass was written on and hole punched 5 times with stars mostly over the SSSS (see picture). Our possessions were then returned and we were free to go to the boarding gate. When we left the security area many people were looking at us in curiosity. The entire process took about an hour, and my daughter and I did not make our flight. We knew we would not make it to the event even if we got on another flight so we left the boarding gate area and went to ask for a refund from US Airlines.

U.S. Airlines resisted to give us a refund at first, they insisted that they could not be held accountable for what the government chose to do. I showed them the boarding pass and the SSSS, then told them why I believed I was marked and harassed. They immediately began to process the refund request, one lady said "that sends chills up my spine that they would do that to you". I thanked them and we left the airport.    

This incident reaffirmed to me the danger that the American people are in. When a very small group of elitist use the peoples power without authority, and are willing to destroy the lives of those who disagree or stand up to them, when this type of unlimited power is commonly exercised without checks and balances the people are in danger.
