Help Bring Our Dad Home
Dave and I are blessed with great kids. Our kids have had a really hard year but have tried their best to be strong during this trial. Our eldest son has helped in so many different ways. He amazes me constantly of how he is willing to take on more responsiblity. He knows that we need to earn money in order to be able to keep the lawyer that we have. So he asked me the other day if he could make some benches and sale them to help earn money for his dad's legal fees. Our son is only fifteen years old but has a heart of gold. He loves his dad and misses him dearly. They have always been great buddies. Dave has always taught our kids how to work hard and be productive. Our son has not told his dad about his plan and wants to suprise him.
So he has decided to make these cute benches pictured below. We are selling these benches for $65 for pick locals and $150 if you want them shipped.(they are 100% wood and very heavy.) They are very sturdy benches and will look great on your front porch or even in your home. We have them available for pickup in Millard County, Utah or once we have a big enough order we can deliver them to Mesquite, Nevada, Saint George, Utah and Springville, Utah. My brother-in-law Ammon has stated, "The beautiful thing about the truth is that it is so easy to tell."
He is exactly right. As I sat in the court room on Tuesday to attend my brother-in-law Ryan Bundy's pre-detention hearing I was left speechless. On one side of the room you have Ryan Bundy who is representing himself clothed in his jail scrubs and sitting beside him is his court appointed lawyer who is only there to assist him, All he did was humbly tell the truth. Then on the other side of the court room, you have nine prosecutors who are dressed in their high-end clothing. I couldn't believe how much our tax dollars were being spent on the government side, and all they had to tell is lies! These prosecutors had to take several breaks. They took these breaks in my opinion so that they could come together to figure out what lies and misrepresentations that they would tell next. They would not have to take these breaks if they were just simply telling the truth. Telling the truth is easy and will set you free. I was so proud of Ryan and the way he handled his case. He was amazing. He agreed to take an Oath because he has nothing to hide and has always been taught to speak the truth. My question is why don't these prosecutors take an Oath each time before court starts? They should only be speaking the truth. Our government should not lie to the American People.
The government has lied about our Bundy Family and the other Patriots that came to participate in a peaceful protest in 2014. They make you feel that we are deceitful, dangerous and anti-government. We are exactly the opposite as to what they are portraying us to be. I want to give you two examples on how they have portrayed my husband, Dave Bundy. Please for yourself be the one to judge us and decide if the government is correct in their statements.
1. The first incident took place on April 6, 2014. My husband was on the side of the state highway leaning against his car taking pictures with his Ipad. All he was doing was recording the BLM and contract cowboys coming down the road. He was exercising his First Amendment right. He never moved from this site until he was thrown to the ground, stomped on and arrested. The government states in the Indictment against my husband that, "On or about April 6, 2014, R. Bundy and D. Bundy, interfered with impoundment operations by positioning themselves to block a BLM convoy." Does this look like he was positioning to block a BLM convoy?
2. The second incident took place on April 12. My husband and I traveled to the bridge on I-15 to simply participate in a peaceful protest. When we arrived there the undersheriff Lombardo came over and talked to my husband. I have attached the video of what was said.
This is what the government said during Dave's detention hearing in Nevada, quote, "And when the officers -- Metro officers went to Dave Bundy and they asked him, "what are your intentions here at this impoundment site?" he said that they were there to get the cattle. And when the officers said, "Well, you know, BLM might need more time to negotiate that, they're not ready to give up the cattle. The government said, "Dave Bundy's response was that was unacceptable."
Is the government correct in how they quoted the Metro officer and Dave on April 12?
I am only asking and pleading that everyone would be held accountable to tell the truth. But we are all given free agency and we can choose to lie or tell the truth. These lies have caused so much heartbreak. It is because of the lies and deceit that have been told in this case that these men have been locked away from their families for a year now. It is because of the lies I as well as others are forced to act as single mothers, and our children do not have their dads at home. Because of the lies we had to hire a lawyer instead of building our home. Because of the lies these true American patriots have been denied bail and their rights to a fair and speedy trial.
I know that the truth will prevail. In John 8:32 it states, "The truth will set you free." Please continue to pray for all of the families. Pray for the defense lawyers that they will be able to convey the truth. Pray for the Jury that they will be able to discern the truth from the lies. Pray that the prosecutors will begin to tell the truth. Pray for the judge that she will be able to listen to the truth.
If you are able to help with any amount towards Dave's attorney fees then that would be extremely appreciative. I didn't realize how much money it would take in order to rebuke the lies they have said against Dave. We appreciate all your help and support. God Bless all of you and America.

Bundy Ranch Response to Gold Butte National Monument Designation
We, the Bundy Family, would like to say to President Obama that we are saddened, but not surprised, by the your decision to make our ranch and home a national monument. If any of this were really about protecting the land, you would come here, work with the local people who love this land, those who have a vested interest in this land, and take the time to learn what this land really needs. This is about control, pure and simple. You don’t love this land, you have never visited here, but you love being in control of this land. The problems we have had with federal land management have never been about cows, tortoises, or fees. It has always been about the constitutional limits on the federal government’s authority. While you enjoy a vacation in Hawaii we are here caring for this land and resisting federal overreach. Shame on you for undoing with your pen the good work we have done with our sweat for generations. We call on Attorney General Adam Laxalt to fight this to the fullest extent of the law!

My Dear Brothers & Sisters
I am in jail, that doesn’t sound good and it is hard. I was in solitary confinement for 4 months. I had reviewed the Old Testament and read and studied the other standard works. One late afternoon I saw a light shining off the wall of my cell 2 inches wide and 6 inches long. It was the first sunlight I had seen in months. I thought, “I have seen the light!” For the last two years since the Bundy Ranch Protest I have realized that our God (Heavenly Father) loves each and every one of us on this earth. I have spoken to hundreds of million of His children around the world. I have testified to them of their worth and of the Father’s love for each of them, as souls He loves. I testify that the gospel of Jesus Christ (the Lord) is not concerned with what has happened to you in your past life. He is only concerned with what is going to happen to you from this moment forward. The Lord says to forgive, repent, and forget. Open your arms, gather in a husband, a wife, some children and many grandchildren and come to my Father’s house united as a family. I have said if you cannot believe in Jesus Christ, believe in a Father in Heaven that loves you.
Today we have a choice! We have a VOTE! We are all tired of the establishment, the large central government. We are not happy. We are scared. We do not feel secure in economy or safety. Is this Nation becoming ripe in iniquity? On TV a political ad shows a young man that has had a childhood health problem. You see President-elect Donald Trump supposedly throwing his arms in the air making fun of persons with facial or mental defects. I do not like a man with that type of thought and action, if that ad is even true.
Let’s look at the alternative – President-elect Hillary Clinton. If she has her way and with the US Congress established way, that young man would not have a life. He would have been aborted and the fee paid by US Congress!
On the jail cell wall there are 3 TVs. I see anti Trump ads stating him saying slur language about women. I do not like that. I look up at the TV at any time of day or night and I see nudeness, guns pointing at someone, domestic violence, youth involved with sexual or homosexual dialogs, vulgar and filthy language, most ugly monsters, cartoons as sex, victim’s blood, and torture. It is all evil. It’s the darkest, filthiest, vulgar and violent, most immoral, and cursing using God’s name. They’re making money, claiming protection and having it, by all three branches of US government, stating free speech rights of the US Constitution. President-elect Hillary Clinton is and represents this establishment. Can we stay or endure as human beings?

Thirty co-defendants, 4 sons and I have not abused our free speech right as mentioned above. We are charged with conspiracy against the US government. We have exercised our US Constitutional 1st amendment rights, guaranteed by the Constitution. We protested the county sheriff, state and county elected officers to protect our neighbors, state sovereignty, sheriff policing power their oaths to protect state laws, the US Constitution, our lives, liberty, and property. This proper form of government that we protest for is not a large central government. It is as the US founders and the Constitution intended, a republic, a local small county government, one of We the People, by the People, for We the People. Where we elect our county sheriff and county commissioners. We pay the sheriff to protect our life, liberty, and property. We elect the judges and we are the jury.
VOTE – Donald Trump. He believes in the proper form of government. He is a producer. He knows how to build. He will protect each of our lives, liberty, and our property and defend our1st and 2nd amendment rights. Mr. Donald Trump has the human instinct to protect the beautiful miracle of an unborn baby’s precious life.
