So am I getting this right? The government sold land in Nevada to the Chinese at a ridiculously low price so they could build a solar plant here? They did this to bring money into the state. But then the Chinese canceled the plans to build. it. So did the sale of land get canceled too? The government surely wouldn't have practically given that land to another country with out a contract?( stipulating that the sale wasn't to be final until the plant was built) If the in fact they did such a stupid thing then they obviously don't care about our land. So why make such a big stink about long time Nevada ranchers letting their cattle graze? At least they are U.S. citizens. I'm sure operating a ranch is providing work to many people from the ranch to the store that sells the beef. It seems to me that letting the rancher run his ranch is far better business than giving away our land to another country.
